Assist Health Technologies

AI for healthcare, built by people who’ve run it.

PHI-native automation for medical practices — engineered around the workflows and the compliance realities that operators actually face, not the ones that look good in a demo.

We built this from the operations floor up.

Most healthcare AI is built by people who have never worked a fax queue, sat through a compliance review, or walked a front-desk team through a HIPAA rule. It demos well and struggles in a real practice.

We came at it from the other direction. After 25+ years in technology and 15 years inside the daily operations of nephrology practices, we built the automation we needed and couldn’t buy — and we built it to hold up in production, in a real clinic, handling real protected health information.

Our approach

How we build.

01

PHI-native, not PHI-patched.

Compliance is in the architecture, not bolted on later. Encryption, tenant isolation, and audit logging are defaults, not add-ons.

02

Shaped by real workflows.

Built alongside a working practice, so it fits the way clinics actually operate — not an idealized version of it.

03

Lean and durable.

Focused modules that each do one job well, on infrastructure built to last. No feature bloat for its own sake.

04

Integrates without a rip-and-replace.

An adapter-based approach to connecting with the systems you already run, so adoption doesn’t mean tearing everything out.

Products

One platform for the work that runs a practice.

Every practice runs on a pile of operational work that has nothing to do with medicine — inbound faxes and documents, ringing phones, patient messages, scheduling, referrals, and the constant follow-up behind all of it. It’s repetitive, staff-heavy, error-prone, and it’s the first thing that pulls people away from patient care. Assist Health builds one PHI-native platform that takes that work on, so the people who run the practice aren’t buried in it.

  • One platform, not a pile of point tools. The capabilities work together — the fax that arrives, the referral it triggers, and the appointment it schedules move through one system instead of six disconnected apps.

  • PHI-native from the foundation. Automating sensitive operational work never means compromising on compliance.

  • Integrates without a rip-and-replace. An adapter-based approach connects to the systems you already run.

  • Aimed at real bottlenecks. Built by operators, so it targets the operational work that actually costs practices time and money — not the parts that just demo well.
